My Life Story
From Rock Bottom to Building an Empire
James Sweasy, a lifelong Louisville, Kentucky resident, faced addiction and alcoholism in his 20s and 30s, derailing his early business ventures. In 2013, he entered a homeless shelter and recovery program, where he spent a year rebuilding his life and met his wife, Alaina. Today, James and Alaina are motivational speakers, entrepreneurs, and James is a co-founder of Impact Wellness Network, an Addiction Recovery Resource Center, employing over 600 people. They currently live in Louisville with their daughters, Ashlynn and Avery.

From Rock Bottom to Building an Empire
In 2013, James Sweasy met his wife, Alaina, in a Louisville, Kentucky homeless shelter and recovery program, where they spent a year rebuilding their lives. Believing they couldn’t have children, they were overjoyed when their daughter Ashlynn Jae Sweasy was born on July 27, 2014. Soon after, Alaina became pregnant again, and Avery Grace Sweasy was born on August 2, 2015. Today, James and Alaina live in Louisville with their two daughters, running their businesses, traveling, and cherishing parenthood.
