Hey, everyone! James Sweasy here.

If you’re feeling tired, sluggish, anxious, or struggling to sleep, narcotics are not the answer. You need to stop taking advice from people who want to push pharmaceuticals down your throat. Instead, I’m going to share what I do every day to feel better naturally. I’m not trying to sell you anything, and you don’t need to visit my Linktree. Let’s dive into my daily routine.

First, I start every morning with 11.5 pH Congo water. I have a machine under my counter that makes this for me, and I mix it with supplements that require water. Next, I take vitamins and probiotics tailored to my needs. After taking Gary Brecka’s genetic test, I started using 10X Health’s daily vitamins to address my anxiety and sleep issues. I also take 5-MTHF to support what’s known as the “MTHFR gene,” which helps with anxiety.

Then, I use oil of oregano with black seed oil capsules—nature’s antibiotic. I also take D3K2, especially in the winter when sunlight exposure decreases, and vitamin D levels drop. That’s when most people get sick, not just because it’s cold outside. Another key supplement is mineral sea salt, which I place under my tongue every morning. It packs my body with essential minerals and has eliminated my migraines.

For energy and cellular health, I take NMN, a precursor to NAD, under my tongue daily, along with 1,000 mg of NAD+ nasal spray. I also use BPC-157 and Ipamorelin nasal sprays. I cycle BPC-157 for eight weeks, then take a month off, but Ipamorelin is part of my daily routine. Additionally, I use solid mineral sea salt under my tongue to further help with headaches and migraines.

Before hitting the gym, I mix liquid protein with creatine monohydrate. After my workout, I use Jocko protein powder, taking a double scoop for recovery. This routine is consistent every single day.

What helps the most, though, is that my wife Alaina Sweasy and I go to the gym five to six days a week for CrossFit at 8 a.m. Our workouts are intense and varied, keeping us energized and strong.

Now, you don’t have to do all of this at once. Building this routine took me a couple of years of learning what my body needs and staying consistent with exercise. If you want to feel better, sleep better, and have more energy, you need to take action. Don’t rely on pharmaceuticals or doctors who think a bottle of pills will solve all your problems.
